Who I am
Barbara Brosadola
Welcome, I’m Barbara. I’m a Coach, and I deeply love this profession.
I support career-driven women in switching off autopilot, reconnecting with themselves, shining, and living with passion and energy.
Supporting them and seeing them come back to life in full color fills my heart and soul. I do the most beautiful job in the world!

Let me tell you my story...
I’m an engineer. After years in a consulting career, I realized something in my life wasn’t right. I had everything. An amazing husband, a wonderful family, friends, a job I was particularly good at. And yet...
I kept going like that for years, without stopping to really think about it, until I burned out. And at that point, I had no choice but to stop.
That forced pause turned into a journey of discovery. I discovered coaching. And that discovery changed everything.
Today, I see colors. I notice the small everyday joys I used to take for granted. I see opportunities where I once saw only problems. I see the beauty of life, even in its challenges. I am present, alive, full.
And I realized something incredible: coaching can truly do this. Quickly, and beautifully.
When I discovered the power of coaching, I couldn’t keep it to myself. I had to share it, to integrate it into my life.
That’s why I got things moving. I became certified as a Strategic Intervention Coach with RMT Robbins-Madanes Training (the coaching training created by Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes), and as a coach with the 360 Coach Academy (a Swiss coaching school certified by the ICF, International Coaching Federation).
Today, I support career-driven women in turning off autopilot, rediscovering themselves, shining, and coming back to life with energy and passion. I deeply believe in the extraordinary potential of women and in their ability to reconnect with themselves, even when life leads them to put everyone else first.
I was the first to change direction and find my true path. Today, I guide other women to find theirs.
I collaborate with the 360 Coach Academy, contributing to the development of training programs and the education of future coaches, in a strategic path that will lead me to become its director and co-owner.
I am also co-founder of CollWi, a platform for women that brings together coaching and community to accelerate personal growth and transformation.
Coaching works. I’ve seen it in myself. I see it every day with my clients.
And I want you to see it too.
"Life happens FOR you, not TO you."
— Tony Robbins
